Birthday Girl

My girl is 5!! Crazy how the time flies. Meg got to celebrate her birthday with lots and lots of family. She got to have a special day at school and chose a Princess Tiana cake.

Her dream in life right now is to be a princess.
Her favorite color is the rainbow except for the color orange
She is a big help with Preslie
Her favorite food is corn and golden rod eggs
Loves to dress up in her princess clothes, play with her dolls, and tea party
Loves going to preschool
Likes to help in the kitchen
Hates cleaning her room
Is really good at making her room messy
She is snuggle buddies with her dad

Meg got a talking baby and clothes from us
a doll from Grandma Jill and Grandpa Lumas
dress up shoes and talking books from Grandma Jane and Grandpa Mark
beads to make jewelry from Steph and Shawn
a feather in her hair from Jamie and Barry

We love this little girl to pieces! She is so easy to love and the sweetest thing you'll ever meet.
Happy Birthday Meggie!

Tumbling

Meg had a tumbling program the other night to show off her skills. She did so good. There were so soo sooo many people there. That is why the pictures are so bad. We had to sit on the wrong side of the event. It was still adorable and Meg is always improving and it's lots of fun to watch her

Christmastime!

It's Christmastime again and we are having so much fun at our house. Advent calendars, Christmas tree hunting (dead batteries in camera), gingerbread house making, decorating the tree, Christmas parties, waiting in line to see Santa, loving Santa, hating Santa, and the list goes on.

The kids got to see Santa at the Ward party and let him know their Christmas wishes. Walker wants an Air Hogs remote control car, Meg wants a Jessie doll, Woody and Bullseye, and PJ just wanted off of his lap.

 We made a gingerbread house
and here are the kids decorating the tree. No, we don't usually put on our Sunday best to decorate the tree...it just happened to be Sunday before Church and it made for extra cute pictures.

Halloween

Happy Halloween!! Or do I say Merry Christmas? Yes. It is December 19th and I am blogging about Halloween. Am I super busy? No, just blog lazy.

We had such a fun Halloween. Our ward had a trunk-or-treat, we carved pumpkins, Walker and Meg went to skating party and of course we trick-or-treated.
I was so excited when Walker chose to be the Mad Hatter. He looked so good and it was so much more fun to put Mad Hatter makeup on him than zombie, or something gross and gory.

Meg was the perfect Strawberry Shortcake.
And of course Preslie was a bumble bee. All three of my kids have worn this costume. Every years something gets added to make it a little bit cuter.
