Look what I can do

So, Meg has learned how to take lids off of markers...Can you tell? She was pretty proud of herself. I was in Walker's room reading him a story before bed and Cory was down on the computer. He said that Meg came to him carrying the yellow marker grunting while trying to pull the lid off and then handed the marker to Cory wanting him to take the lid off for her. She had already gotten the lid off of the red marker. Thank goodness for washable markers! Anway, I just had to share her accomplishment with everyone! Too funny not to take a picture!

So, here is my purse. Cute right? Cory bought it for me for Christmas.

Not a whole lot going on in here. I'm sure I had more things in here at one point, but Meg loves to empty it out. Theres my wallet, t-pon, name badge for work, work keys, checkbook, cold pills, cell phone, gum wrapper, McD's wrapper, and a pen. Nothing too exciting.

Finally!! A warm day

I was so excited when it was actually warm enough to go outside yesterday, so I decided to do a photo shoot. It was Meg's first time to be outside where she could actually wander around and explore. She loved it! I have some SERIOUS spring fever going on here! Can't wait for warm days.

Girls Weekend!

This is a picture of my friends and I on our girls trip. This is us at The Melting Pot. That place was so much fun, not only fun, but I want to eat chocolate fondue for the rest of my meals for the rest of my life. That stuff was so good! We shopped, ate, talked, drove, ate, had tons of fun, and ate some more!! What is it about girls and good food? Whatever it is...it's a good thing!

What have I gotten myself into?

So, the other day Cory came home from work and said, "I have an idea!" So dumb me said, "what is it?" Next thing I know, I'm signed up to run a half marathon. Do you realize how FAR a 1/2 marathon is? Is it THIRTEEN miles. GO US!! I make this sound like it's all Cory's doing but it's not...I'm the one who registered us, I just didn't think about actually RUNNING for that long before signing up. I guess we better get our butts off of the couch and start running. So, if anyone has any tips on getting ready for a long run. Let us know and wish us luck. We will be running our guts out on July 19th at Bryce Canyon. I guess 5 months is long enough right?!?!

Keeping Walker busy

This picture is from last summer. I worked all day and Cory was home with the kids. He was painting a coffee table and and let Walker have free reign over the garage wall. If anyone wants Walker to do any artwork on your walls, just let me know!

Happy Birthday Meggie!!

Here is Meg on her first birthday. She still won't ride her scooter. She just pushes it around and tips it over and screams until she figures out how to pick it back up. She has turned into quite the little hot tempered little girl. But she is easy to distract. (Thank goodness!!)

Here I go

Ok, Here I go. I've finally decided to join with all of you bloggers. I'm just trying to figure out how all of it works. I was sitting on the computer last night checking out everyones blogs and decided I needed to finally do it. I layed awake last night forever thinking about it. So here is my first post!
