Tuachan trip

Meg and I got to go to The Little Mermaid at Tuachan with my mom, sisters and nieces. It was so much fun. Girl time is the best.  Not to mention it's really nice to have some alone time with Meg. She was so mesmerized by the show. About half way through she asked me if it was almost over and I wasn't sure what to say because I thought she was bored with it. So I paused a minute to think of my answer but before I could answer she said, "cause I don't ever want it to be over." It was so cute.
All ready to head out the door
Meg, Ellie, Emalee, Charlie, Kaitlyn, Ashlee (Preslie is the only girl cousin missing)...thankfully she was home with her dad and not torturing us at Little Mermaid :)
My mom got all the girls an adorable bracelet/anklet.
Here we are all ready to check out the show.

Fun Times

The other day Meg took Preslie out in the back yard to play with her. It was the cutest thing so I grabbed the camera and snapped a few pics. They were jumping on the trampoline and Meg was putting Pj on the slide and pulling  her down. Pres was pretty happy about it. I hope these two will be the best of friends.

I wish this was a better pic but seriously..how cute is that? Meg blowing a raspberry on Preslie's belly.

4th of July

We had our usual 4th of July celebration in Delta. Six o'clock a.m. we of course heard the cannons going off all over town (seriously...who came up with that tradition? They should be shot with a cannon). Of course we were at the parade to get in on the tons of candy thrown at us. The kids got quite the haul. Then we headed to the park for games and bouncy houses and yummy 4th of July food. We had our annual wipeout competition a few days early because Cory's brothers weren't coming for the 4th. It was lots of fun.

Waiting for the candy shower to start

Preslie was running around like a crazy person picking up candy and shoving it into her mouth as fast as possible..wrapper and all. She knows what it's all about!

We headed to the rez later in the day with my family and I had to share this pic cause I thought it was so cute.

24th fun run!

Walker and I ran in the 24th of July fun run this morning. It was lots of fun! We ran with Darla and Jonah. Walker and Jonah tore off at the start of the race and left Darla and I in the dust but pretty soon both of our boys found of us. I got to run most of the race alone with Walker. It was neat to cheer him and and get him going. He was tough and ran through his side ache most of the time.

Way to go guys!
